Hydraulic Actuator
- The actuator runs on hydraulic pressure from 200 psi up to 3,000 psi out putting 300 ft-lbs to 3,500 ft-lbs. of torque.
- We can customize the speeds and torque output per your specific requirements.
- We engineer custom manifolds to meet the requirements.
- A custom 3-way directional valve was designed for this project.
- This was designed for workers to open and close large valves safely where electricity is not available. It uses a gas-powered engine to power a hydraulic pump to run a hydraulic motor turning a chain driven sprocket with a customizable mechanical gain to safely open and close valves.
